| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post, please do not send card details via email. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Post and Packing All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail, heavier orders may be sent using Parcel Post Delivery within the UK For delivery purposes the UK includes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands, please see our Europe delivery rates. Orders upto 1kg in weight are sent using second class post orders over 1Kg in weight will be sent using Parcel Post. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt and orders should be delivered with seven working days. Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules. UK Post and Packing charges are: Up to 0.10kg = £1.50 Up to 0.25kg = £2.00 Up to 0.50kg = £3.00 Up to 0.75kg = £3.00 Up to 1kg = £4.20 Up to 2kg = £6.10 (Parcel Post) Post and Packing on orders over 2kg is charged as an additional £3.50 for every additional 2kg. VAT at 20% is included in post and packaging charges. Delivery to Europe Delivery to Europe includes all European countries, Russia and parts of Asia. All items delivered to a European address will be despatched using Airmail Small Packet Service. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days of receipt, delivery time is approximately 6-10 working days from receipt of order. | Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from the receipt of the order. You should receive your order within seven days of placing it. International orders may take longer to deliver. If we are unable to deliver your order within the timescale stated we will contact you to let you know. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
